Registering for Courses

JICS/myMohave is the MCC student information system where students can register for classes online. To register, students must know their JICS user name and password. This information may be obtained through MCC Connect.
After reviewing the current credit course schedule for available courses, students should complete the following steps to register:
- Go to JICS/myMohave.
- Enter JICS user name and password.
- Select the Students tab.
- Click on Student Registration link, on left side of the page.
- Select term and click on the Register button.
- Scroll through left panel to see your course requirements.
- Click requirements and courses to find a section.
- Once you select a course section, click View Section Details.
- Click on the add icon to Add to my schedule.
- When you have added all of your desired course selections, click on the green Registration Checkout button in the top right of your screen.
- In a separate box that populates, click on the check box next to each available courses, then click Register. Succesfully registered classes will appear on your calendar as green.
- Once all courses are added, return to the Students Registration tab, scroll down to My Schedule and verify that all selected courses are correct.
- Visit the Payment tab to either pay classes in full or sign up for the Nelnet Business Solutions monthly payment plan.
Note: Do not use the back arrow on your web page. Using the back button will create an error message. Instead, use the navigation tools to view different screens: the navigation bar to the left or the path in the middle of the screen. If you receive an error message at any stage of this process, contact MCC Connect.
