Prerequisite: Multiple measures discussion, or appropriate score on placement exam, or completion of PCS 021  and TRE 089  with an ‘S’

Description: Covers the principles of management and techniques of supervising and motivating personnel. Includes the planning, organizing, leading, and controlling of personnel with a balance between the behavioral and operational approach. Focuses on the human interaction within supervision and management.
