ABE 023 - ABE Math

Prerequisite: Must be 16 years of age and not in high school. Multiple measures discussion, or appropriate score on placement exam, or completion of ABE 010.

Description: Group and individualized instruction prepares the student for ABE 033 - GED Preparation or completes requirements for entrance into Transitional Math. Areas of study include 0-8 levels of math along with technology and study skills. Students progress through the course based on a customized education plan which identifies only those areas necessary to study.

Lecture Credit Hours: 3
Notes: Grading is “S” (Satisfactory), “U” (Unsatisfactory), or “PR”(progressing). All classes require attendance.
