                  PCS 021 - PCS - Introduction to Reading and Writing Prerequisite: Must be at least 16 years of age and not in high school. Completion of PCS 010  with an ‘S’ or appropriate score on TABE or placement exam.
  Description: This course prepares the student for PCS 033 - GED Preparation  and/or complete the college reading requirement and/or complete language arts requirement. Areas of study include ABE levels 1 - 6 reading comprehension and written & verbal communications along with technology and study skills development. Student progress through the course based on a customized education plan that identifies those areas necessary to study.
  Credits: 4 Lecture Hours: 4 Notes: Grading is “S” (Satisfactory), “PR”(Progressing), or “U” (Unsatisfactory). All classes require attendance.
