Emotional Intelligence (EI) refers to the ability to recognize, understand, manage, and influence one’s own emotions and the emotions of others. This course explores how understanding EI will improve the working environment within and outside of your organization. The course will focus on self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy for others, and learning the social skills needed to effectively communicate.
