Customer services come in many forms. It can be both internal to an organization (department to department) or external with paying clients. Customer Service is NOT just a slogan! Realizing true customer satisfaction takes skills training and ongoing tools that can be utilized at a moment’s notice for any circumstances. Customer service is crucial for any business as it directly impacts customer satisfaction and loyalty. Excellent customer service ensures that customers feel valued and heard, leading to positive experiences that encourage repeat business and referrals. Major topics covered in this course are understanding customer needs, communication skills, handling difficult customers, and building customer relationships.
