Lead your team with confidence! After completing this highly interactive course, participants will understand the responsibilities of a successful sales manager and how they differ from the role of a salesperson. Additionally, participants will learn specialized sales management skills such as sales forecasting, planning, and monitoring. Performance management skills are key to properly observe, evaluate, and give feedback to your salesforce to ensure that all sales goals and objectives are being met.
