BUENC 102 - Human Relations in the Workplace

This course explores the critical role of human relations in fostering a positive and productive work environment. Participants will examine interpersonal dynamics, communication strategies, conflict resolution techniques, and the importance of diversity and inclusion. The course aims to equip students with practical skills to enhance their interactions with colleagues, supervisors, and clients, contributing to overall workplace success.
