CMEDHW 0004 - Tai Chi Qigong


 

24 Postures Therapeutic Qigong movements are time proven and can be traced back for centuries in Chinese Qigong history.

Qigong is practiced to strengthen the internal organs and the immune system. Qigong movements can inspire a state of internal stillness, centering, balance, and a feeling of well-being. Qigong movements are adaptable for all ages and abilities.

Wear loose comfortable clothing and flat supportive shoes (i.e.: Sneakers). Bring water for hydration.

Previous experience is not required.
