BUE 130 - Financial Management for Entrepreneurs


The financial aspects of the management of small business and entrepreneurial firms including debt and equity. The tools and methods used for making sound business decisions will be examined, including interpreting basic financial statements for a new business, forecast revenues, expenditures, assets, and capital requirements. Have a thorough understanding of funding options and the environments that surround various funding sources including financial products and services available from commercial banks, suppliers, and the Small Business Administration.
