MAT 211 - Introductory Statistics Investigates the basic concepts and techniques of descriptive and inferential statistics, including summaries and displays of data, measures of central tendency, variation and dispersion, probability and probability distributions, estimates and sample sizes, hypothesis testing, correlation, regression and statistical decision-making using critical thinking skills.
**If this course is taken online or remote/synchronously, then students will be required to test in person up to four times per semester.
