STU 103 - How to Survive and Thrive in College

This course applies college readiness skills by examining relevant topics through authentic learning experiences. Students will be exposed to and utilize a variety of available college resources, learn and apply basic research skills, use critical thinking and time management strategies, navigate a learning management system, and explore other strategies that enhance student success and promote professionalism in multiple settings. Communication, both written and oral, are addressed.

Prerequisite: Multiple measures discussion or appropriate score on placement exam.
