SAC 272 - Service Coordination

The clinical and administrative activities which establish a framework of action for the client to achieve their goals by coordinating clinical services, community resources and treatment agencies throughout the continuum of care.

Credits: 3
Prerequisite: Approval of Instructor or Associate Dean required. Successful completion of ENG 101, PSY 101, and SOC 131 with a ‘C’ or better.
