WLD 103 - Welding Safety and Industry Terminology


Students are introduced to the principles required to create and maintain a safe work environment, read basic blueprints and perform mathematical computations related to the welding and fabrication industry. Students are also introduced to some of the basic tools that are utilized in industry. 

Credits: 3
Prerequisite: Multiple measures discussion, or appropriate score on placement exam, or completion of ABE 021  with an ‘S’, or permission of Instructor or Associate Dean.
