WLD 143 - Intermediate Pipe Welding

Students begin their study of advanced pipe welding concepts and skills essential for pipe welding. Students advance to welding in the 5G position and are introduced to additional fabrication techniques. Fabrication projects include layout, fit-up, elbows and flanges.

Credits: 3
Prerequisite: WLD 103  
Corequisite: WLD 104  or permission of instructor
