CUL 248 - Culinary Capstone


This course represents the Capstone project for our program. Students will work to create, refine, present, and defend their plan for a new restaurant facility. By the end of the semester, students will present their business plan to determine the viability of their plan. 

Credits: 4
Prerequisite: Approval by Program Director.
