CUL 251 - Indigenous Fusion II


Students will learn to prepare, taste, serve, and evaluate traditional and immigrated dishes of North America. Emphasis will be placed on ingredients, flavor profiles, preparations, and techniques for international and indigenous cuisines.

Credits: 4
Prerequisite: Completion of CUL 250 ; or permission of Program Director.
