HUS 345 - Diversity and Cultural Competence


This course explores the concepts of diversity, cultural competence, and social justice in human services practice. Students will examine various dimensions of diversity, including race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, and socioeconomic status. The course emphasizes the development of self-awareness, knowledge, and skills necessary for culturally competent and socially just human services practice.
