CIS 156 - Network Security and Penetration Testing

This course will focus on understanding the reasons computer systems and networks are attacked, the motivation behind individuals’ interest in hacking, a comparison of ethical versus non-ethical hacking, and provide strategies to safeguard digital systems from unwanted intrusions.

Prerequisite: Multiple measures discussion, or appropriate score on placement exam, or completion of ABE 021.
