PAR 204 - Corporation Law This course explores the procedures and documents that are used in the formation of various types of business entities, the role of directors and officers in corporations, and the role of the paralegal in corporate law. Students will also learn about the key attributes of sole proprietorships, partnerships, limited partnerships, limited liability partnerships, limited liability companies, corporations, and S corporations.
Credits: 3 Prerequisite: PAR 101 or concurrent enrollment
