DMS 101 - Introduction to Medical Sonography

This foundational course introduces students to the dynamic field of diagnostic medical sonography. Through a comprehensive exploration of ultrasound principles, equipment operation, and basic imaging techniques, students will develop a solid understanding of the role of sonography in healthcare.  

Credits: 2
Prerequisite: BIO 160  with a C or higher.  Admission to Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
