The Organizational Management AAS is an applied associate degree designed to provide students with knowledge necessary to successfully fulfill essential management roles and responsibilities within a student’s chosen field of interest. Degree completion requires that a student complete one or more certificates in a chosen field of interest, combined with the Organizational Management Certificate classes and 15 credits of general education coursework.

The Organizational Management Certificate is designed to provide students with knowledge necessary to successfully fulfill essential management roles and responsibilities within a variety of organizational contexts including business fundamentals, accounting, human relations, management and supervision of individuals and teams, marketing, sales and customer service.
Career and Technical Specialty Areas: 26-43
In the Career and Technical Specialty Areas, students can select from an assortment of certificates in order to achieve the 26 credit minimum. Students must complete one or more certificates of their choosing from the approved list below. For more information regarding the different program options, see the current college catalog.
*Certificates noted have courses or certificates embedded in them, creating the potential for duplication of courses. Students must meet with an advisor to ensure that the minimum credits are being achieved without duplication.
