Respiratory Care Practitioner, AAS (RCP.AAS)

The Respiratory Care Practitioner AAS degree program at Mohave Community College will prepare students to work as Registered Respiratory Care Practitioners. The program provides curricular content related to the acquisition of skills in management, education, and research to build student competence in the cognitive, psychomotor and affective learning domains of respiratory care practice. Students will develop professional knowledge and skills in respiratory care techniques, general pharmacology, cardiopulmonary disease and resuscitation, patient assessment, therapeutics, and neonatal care.
