Community Education
The mission of Mohave College’s Community Education is to serve its communities by providing lifelong learning and personal enrichment. Community Education provides opportunities for adults to develop and practice new skills in a comfortable, non-competitive environment that will enhance the overall life experience. Areas of focus include:
- Health and Wellness. Courses include yoga, dance, and personal fitness.
- Technical Skills. Includes courses in healthcare provider CPR, motorcycle licensure, personal finance and others.
- Visual Arts. Includes courses in areas such as ceramics, lapidary, metalsmithing, painting, photography and many more.
- Youth Programs. Expanded offerings in art, culinary, computers, and many more.

Corporate and WorkforceTraining
The Corporate Training and Business Development Program at Mohave College is designed to empower businesses through tailored professional development solutions that enhance employee skills and drive organizational success.
This program offers a diverse range of workshops, customized training, seminars, and certifications for various skills development needs for individuals that are entering the workforce or for businesses that want to develop their employees. This program ensures that individuals and businesses can access the latest knowledge and best practices. For businesses, with focus on flexibility, the training can be delivered on-site at the business location, at one of our four convenient campus locations, a community-based location, or online to accommodate the unique needs of each organization. By fostering a culture of continuous learning, Mohave College equips employees with the tools necessary to excel in their roles, ultimately contributing to improved productivity and innovation within the workplace.

Small Business Development Center (SBDC)
Mohave College Small Business Development Center is a cooperative program between the U.S. Small Business Administration, the AZSBDC Network, and Mohave College.
The Small Business Development Center works with new business start-ups and existing businesses in Mohave County providing confidential and free one-on-one counseling, business plan assistance, market feasibility and research, cash flow analysis, SBA loan assistance, assistance with government contracting, and much more. We also offer affordable workshops and seminars that can help entrepreneurs gain the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.
