Prerequisite: Appropriate score on assessment test or successful completion of TRE 089, SOC 131. (SOC 131 and SOC 132 can be taken concurrently)

Description: The course provides an analysis of contemporary social problems, the potential causes, sociological perspectives on the social problem, how they affect societies (American and global), as well as possible solutions to contemporary social problems.
