CUL 216 - Art of Pastry


Students will learn the principles and techniques used in the preparation of high-quality baked goods and pastries. This class will cover enhanced ingredient functions, intermediate techniques, and industry standard pastry production. 

Credits: 4
Prerequisite: Approval by Program Director.
