CUL 217 - Art of Confections


This course will focus on the production of chocolates, confections and plated desserts. Students will apply their previous knowledge of baking and pastry and the lessons learned in class to produce a wide range of desserts.

Credits: 4
Prerequisite: Approval by Program Director.
