BIO 308 - Cell Biology with Lab This course explores the fundamental and advanced concepts of cell biology, including the historical development of cell theory, comparisons of prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells, and cellular structures and functions. Key topics cover microscopy/imaging techniques, membrane composition and transport, cell signaling, cell cycle checkpoints, and the genetic and biochemical mechanisms of cellular components and processes.
Credits: 4 Prerequisite: BIO 181, 182, & BIO 200
