The Systems Support and Security Certificate program provides students with the knowledge and skills needed to enter the profession of technical and network support for an organization. This program includes studies in general network troubleshooting and computer repair procedures as well as an introduction to basic security protocols. Note: For a course to be eligible for transfer, the student must receive a “C” or better. Acceptance of a transfer course is determined by the receiving institution.
