The Organizational Management AAS is an applied associate degree designed to provide students with knowledge necessary to successfully fulfill essential management roles and responsibilities within a student’s chosen field of interest. Degree completion requires that a student complete one or more certificates in a chosen field of interest, combined with the Organizational Management Certificate classes and 15 credits of general education coursework.
Program Student Learning Outcomes:
Upon completion of the program students will be able to:
- Manage a team in a business environment. (2,3,4)
- Communicate effectively within the business environment. (2)
- Integrate managerial skills with designated CTE field competencies to evaluate information, solve problems, and support effective decision making. (2, 3, 4, 5)

Recommended Program Pathway
First Semester: 15 credits
These courses are to be completed in a traditional semester format. They can be completed prior to, in conjunction with, or following completion of the program courses shown below. All courses must be completed to graduate. Second Semester: 10 credits
Third Semester: 9 credits
Total Degree Credits: 60-77
